"I purchased a used Ford F150 from this dealer summer last year. I saw the ad the night before, the price was great, there were 50+ photos, and the CarFax was attached. I placed a deposit (which they honoured despite great interest in the vehicle) and made the 3hr drive down to see it. The vehicle was as described when I came to see it. The day I came to collect it was pleasant too, other than the pushiness of the warranty (it's a dealer, they have to make money, I get it).
Throughout the process I spoke with Paul S. Paul was friendly, quick to answer questions, and helpful.
My only complaint would be the low offer for my then-current truck. They offered $8K for it, I sold it privately 5 days later for $29K. But I get it, no dealer wants a deleted diesel.
That being said, I would buy another used vehicle from this dealer without a second thought."
