"Took my Kia Soul here to have some issues checked over. It's ended up being extensive and expensive to fix. The service department was extremely helpful, especially Tina, but it ended up being too much money to put in to an old car. They took my car as a trade in with a fair value despite what work needed to be done and had me in a "new to me" car, within my budget, within days of my Kia Soul being brought in. Everyone was very helpful and kind ... and felt quite bad for me. Kirk was an absolute lifesaver. He made a very stressful situation into a very enjoyable one. He made my mom and I feel very comfortable. We never once felt pressured into purchasing something outside of my budget and he worked with the information given to him to get me the best deal possible. He is full of knowledgeable advice and funny stories and was there through every step of the process ... right down to showing me how to use all the features of the car before I left the lot.
Durda in Finance was also extremely helpful to work with and made the financing a breeze.
I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with at this dealership and owe many thanks to everyone that assisted in getting me in a new car within my budget.
